The Skill Odisha Initiative (SOI) is a platform promoted by HDF, of like-minded institutions and individuals who wish to see the State to develop as a skilled one with it’s young people getting transformed into a skilled workforce and by that they can bargain for a better livelihood. The initiative looks for larger partnership of individuals and training institutions who see the development of Odisha through skills.
